Built well,I built my own versions for Randy 2 HTs and can confirm with stock antenna and ground radial wire S-3 (6dB per S point if meter accurate) increase on Tx and Rx performance was noted.
Well worth a punt,if pushing your CB HT to extreme ranges in the field.
