Antenna production inside Europe seems to have slowed down I guess cost related. Sirio has nothing new in mobile antennas whilst Catalonia produced President antennas have shrunk with some of the best ones disappearing as quickly as Escalivada at mealtimes. Difference from Mini to Vortex is I think coil goes from bottom to top on larger version and lower on the mini vortex
