Sunday 24/07/2022, A very odd day, started with lots of promise but turned into a difficult day due to sheet lightning ,YES WE ALL KNOW ABOUT THE APPS….. Not all of them will register lightning that does not strike mother earth. We had to “call it” early to keep us safe from making a nice rf connection for the lightning to possibly find a path to earth….Safety first every time….
Thanks need to go out to Ian 26DR247, Denva 26DR484, Richard 26DR584, Tim 26DR641; they kep t an eye on the net frequency and gave it calls till noise levels and signals dropped through the floor.
Signals from as far as Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and of course an abundance from Germany and France that made our net complete, we had more dxcc’s in the net than we did domestic callers…. Keep listening and calling my friends we will always do our best to help you join in the fun we have hosting this wonderful net.
As usual, ALL GROUPS, ALL STATIONS, ALL NATIONS are welcome to call into this net….. GAPS will be left for the QRP Stations, Mobiles, Portables, and distant stations whether domestic or international….
