First thing to say is that it’s a heavy mike case. The part that fits in the hand is heavy, it’s ergonomic and fits well. Cable relatively flexible. Press and hold the top button wakes the mike with NRC1 spoken to you. Use the up and NRC2 NRC3 NRC4 NRC5 and confirm by pressing the PTT. The actual audio is strong, there is a little sound when press PTT but quite ok it’s I imagine the activation of the NRC board.

This must be the first actual fully loaded NRC microphone? Yes there was and is ANC but NRC it’s a first I’m sure. President McKinley was not on the compatible list but I can confirm it works 100% including with UP and DN on the microphone. And now try and make some videos and share some more information asap.

Initially have tried it on AM and FM with a McKinley EU. For me level 1 maximum 2 was best on AM and FM I’d say 1 was best. Defined and punchy on both modes. SSB Was used at level 1 and no more with good reports from Balakovo and Spain commenting how the audio was sharp. Radio in use was a McKinley as mentioned before.
QSO Lincoln II+ Digimike = Great Report
QSO Trinidad same equipment as above and also a very good report on the audio

If only it didn’t look so weird 🙂 Glad to hear it gets good reports.
