It looks like a Randy III, it smells like a Randy III and sound is like a Randy III. President have been smart with this Simply Handy Jerry idea. Not all people want CTCSS or DCS, not all want multiple screen colours but want reliable,strong to hold, good sound and fair price. This radio appears really to be a Randy III without some of the things you maybe don’t want inside. All EU norms, same battery, same weight, same antenna at first glimpse and maybe a foray into the area of cheaper handies which we’ve seen in the past months. Of course tongue in cheek I’d like NRC but this is a budget radio.. Export mode shrug don’t know so can’t comment.
