And Well when the euros pinged off my credit card when I ordered this antenna I was really not sure what to expect. The antenna delivered from ebay in Poland was less than 20 euro and the idea was to see if it worked or not. I had checked and emailed Sunker and never any reply as to any question, where it is made, what it is like and so forth. They are one of a few resellers who seem to avoid any answers to questions, mine were innocent as wanted to write about the antenna.
Time goes by and there was no real time to do much so today was the day and see what or if the antenna works. And you know what? The antenna is indeed a keeper, yes it is made to a price as you can see with the lop sided writing, but on the other hand the signals and countries worked with 30-40w from a Lincoln II v3 was excellent.
SWR was “usable” from around 26400 with 1:8 and flat from 26900-27700 and then raised again to around the 2:0 area into 10metres. The power quoted on the antenna is 600w PEP but as I say my side was nothing more than 30-40w from the Lincoln II
Below is Jurek in Poland who made the island from Plock in Poland, around the 600km area give or take.
So the result of the time tested on the air. Below are the countries worked on the antenna:
Eire, Hungary, Northern Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Scotland, Poland, United Kingdom, Wales, Spain, France
So all in all not a bad test of the antenna

not a bad antenna but as you say made at a price if I was to use it on uk 40 it would be a high swr at the top end of chan 40 but I think it would work mids fm am and ssb but looks ok
Just need raise whip a fraction in the base and drops down so not any trouble 26800-28050 its fine 1:4 to 1:1 to 1:6
