Another cute and small UHF radio to have a look at this time and it’s the 3345 from GME. 80 channels and 5w power so enough to get you heard across the UHF bands and at the moment some dealers have them on offer for a little less than $400.

   
 
Sure would be nice to have the option of UHF CB radio. Indeed the Midland GB-1 that was recently released would make a good device too with its 5w export but would need the frequencies unlocked for that to happen of course. Guess the ECBF will look into it and see if there is any appetite for another form and frequency for the CB radio.
