Interesting video that I’ve been sent the link too. Shows a pretty good network of people making some good contacts on 446Mhz. Yes we can all see that the radio in question is not a legal one and also the frequency is a little off otherwise they are using 446Mhz. In Ostrava Czech Republic many use the 446Mhz band with outside antennas and mix it between this band and the 27Mhz CB Radio
