Thanks very much this time to “Operator 6” who messaged me via the contact form with a story about how he was sold a rip off antenna which he believed was Nagoya and after some tests it was absolutely not a Nagoya. He’s also sent me a link which he’s been sent that helps show up the wrong from the right Nagoya.

Pretty sure the one I have is fake. It seems to work ok, but would be willing to cpmpare it to an original.
