Back To Stabo Freecom 650

It’s the time of year to de-dust radios that have not been used for awhile and get them ready for action. As you know recently I purchased a pair of Sencor SR-600 radios and also here I’ve the Stabo and the Brondi. The latter has a switch for two watts of power where as the Stabo and Sencor are 500mw fixed.

But if you press the channel up and down while turn radio on you get Channel 9 which is 447.00625 MHz so at least something different. (Have not checked Sencor so far)

These radios will be used for the Pikador 2018 in memory of Milan 42 which is held in September. PLUS I’ve something special planned too for the event so we will see what happens I suppose. That’s work in progress till nearer the date but I hope it’s going to help throw my voice across the valleys.
