I wonder if the slightly earlier version of the 7900V is upgradable by firmware (assuming it’s end user possible)
One of my favourite modern 11m radios & recently purchased the new version 7900V. Yes, I can program the channels with 5khz steps, but VFO mode would be much more useful.

I asked and was told no, then told ask CRT. They didn’t reply but guess it was possible it’ll be send to France for them to do it.
