Priceless video, unfortunate situation. I had one of these new, to be honest, all show no go. It did work though. I had a magnum s9 at the same time, worked really well, well for a while that is. Whilst I still rate many of the old radios, obviously they are now old, but in most cases gave good service. There was a time between old and new, probably early 90’s through until about 2011 when most radios were perhaps not so great, just my opinion. Some were plain awful, others worked well but not for long. I think for the most part, such new radios made today are fairly reliable, and work pretty well. Sure there’s the odd bad one, but overall things have improved. Still can’t knock the 70s / 80s rigs though. Best regards Tim HT Warwickshire England.
