So I’m going to say it after reading many comments online from U.K. & Germany to name a few. This radio really has a lot of President Harrison about it. It’s not a clone or copy but its behaviour is quite familiar and some other odds and ends are like the Harrison. Before the talkers, naysayers and keyboard experts try and enlighten me YES this radio comes from the same building as the Harrison but a separate facility within it so not same line, not just swap front when producing it. President has its own entity!

It’s got some extra features and some other different things so not the same. Plus doesn’t have the super long President guarantee I’m only saying if it was me sat in France I’d be pissed off and would get one to have a look at. Not the same, but close, not worse or better but similar!

Nanfone we know produced a Randy esque handheld and this CB500 including even export power seems a close relative to the Harrison.
