From what people have told me they’ve been sold as 130cm, boxed and labelled as 130cm but upon opening and use they are only 90cm which has left some rather annoyed so my email shows me.

I’m wondering a little bit – most dealers haven’t sold them yet after unpacking them and checked that they are only 90cm long. I informed all customers via mail AND facebook post about this drama…
So the last part of your text … I can’t imagine that this really happened.
