Refacturing and memory optimization,

Improved SetOff function, fix mirror effect bug, reduce screen flickering before night, reduce LED flickering during night, SetOff disabled if in AirCopy mode, SetOff initialized to 1h default in case of RESET,

Improved ScnRev function, CAREER can now be set from 250ms to 20s (in 250ms per steps),

Improved KeyLck function, auto-lock is now adjustable from 15s to 10m (15s steps),

Fixed NOAA compilation error (thanks Justin White, PR #271),
Fixing a bug regarding writing compilation parameters (chirp impacting)
