I use these radios quite a lot and will say the following. Mine from emag.hu just for info. Buy the software and it works with Baofeng cable and it opens a world of opportunity. There is also a quasi noise reduction circuit that can be activated in the menu. Plus as the radio comes with some channels coded and some not the software is super handy and you can decide to leave it 16 analogue or 8 and 8 or however you want. Plus there is a power option in the software 😇 And the cost is good too..
