This radio I believe has the new way of audio processing which delivers a strong, sharp sounding FM non dull and AM delivers also strong and most importantly clear audio. The microphone that comes with it is fine plus you can always swap till another but you’ll loose the up and down channels on the microphone.

Build

Not complaints from me, heavyish case, does all it says on the box and is well made. Would I have added a cigarette plug maybe but it’s not a complaint nor is it anything to bother about. Display is clear, strong and brightness can be adjusted. Tried and tested chassis that I like, can’t lie it’s nice!

Scan

Set the ASQ in my case to 2 and hit scan and away we go. Works flawless and stopped exactly where there was noise on the band
