A lot of questions about the PNI Escort HP102 and apologies Iāve not answered via email but if itās ok Iāll answer here as itās easier as can cover all at once
High Power Mode

Yes the radio has 4 watts and 8 watts when connected to the supplied car kit
Export Mode & Bands

Banding
1 Multi Norm Setting Standard CB
2 400 Channels 25615-30105
3 400 Channels 25610-30110
4 Brazil 80 Channels
5 Australia 40 channel New Zealand 40 channel and Australia Marine 10 channel all of them AM
6 Thailand 168 channel and 240 channel FM
7 USA
8 Canada
CTCSS & DCS

The radio has 50 CTCSS frequencies and DCS 104 codes which are activated via the menu

Iām very aware some people are crying it down and this again is the moronic nature of the hobby. 20 pieces were offered for sale and the next pieces come August / September meaning the mass shipment
NRC TX & RX

The radio has selectable NRC for both transmit and receive and itās working excellent. Please donāt believe the people stating itās on or off and no change permitted. Yes with the HP82 and HP92 was the case but the HP102 itās selectable.
U.K. Mode & EU
At the moment the UK 40 band only covers the UK40. I have asked at PNI Europe if itās not too late would it be possible to add the EU band. If yes then the cycle could be:
U.K. then EU AM, EU FM and back to U.K FM
It maybe too late this I donāt know but have asked on your behalf. The games changing quickly and the HP40 and this one the HP102 are both really exceptionally well price point radios with the features they have onboard.
