So with some time spent then the export mode has been found. Nothing so interesting really but here are the frequencies when modified
A: 26065-26505
B: 26515-26955
C: 26965-27405
D: 27415-27855
E: 27865-28305
g: 26950 (channel 80) to 26560 ( channel 41 ) and then 40: 27400-26960 channel 1
On the back of the display if you remove both the red and the black wire the radio looses multi-EU so makes simply E band with 40 channels AM/FM and if you leave the red wire attached and disable the black wire then it makes the export mode. You loose all the legal channels, the 5KHz step is disabled also. The radio is a standard export mode radio. Also you loose the FM writing from the display, although the radio is still working as planned on both AM / FM. Higher Power is enabled with another modification but is a little erratic and not balanced so not really worth to make a mess of the radio for a few more watts.
The modification is here first, was here first and is nowhere else first. Remember people are watching… The radio itself is very Albrecht style with how it is laid out, and the modification and the rE function is almost the same. Designed in Korea and Manufactured in China.
