Nevada & Yaesu FT-991

Finally some news has broken surrounding the UK Price of the FT991 from Yaesu. It seems that there is quite a stir building around the release of this radio which appears to be in the range of Spring or Summer 2015. Many places are taking orders and it does not seem the price is known in some shops as have seen quoted prices from £900 till £1195. So Nevada has it priced £999 with the option to email them to get on the list I imagine.

What I do like are the ones who are interested already now what is the export modification. Guess looking forward to calling for a “rig check” on channel 19. Sure there will be something there on the inside but like me, they also need a little patience to see what the final result is. Also the “how do I wire a echo mike on it” also we need to wait. Or easier buy an adapter in advance RJ45 to 6 pin socket
