So let us have a look at some of the stuff that should be on the horizon radio wise, what has recently arrived and what appears to be missing in action. There is not much activity from the usual makers and some of the lesser ones are hot off the press and here we go with some of them:
Anytone Apollo1: £79.95 / 109Euro

I am sure there will be a world wide exclusive review on you tube soon…
Albrecht AE6110: £49.95 / 68Euro

Albrecht AE6110: 59.00Euro / £43.50 But closer to ship inside DL than to ship to the UK
And what is funny? This is an Albrecht many are waiting for.. Usually not the case. Good idea going to Qixiang, I think this will be a really good seller. 2 are ordered here.
And the first review is online:
I received my radio 29/01/2015. 1st thoughts it is a tiny wee radio .Ideal for modern cars, than two packet of cigs. The audio has been reported as clear both on AM and FM ,easy to use.The only faults i have found is , 1. The mic can only be removed from inside the radio ,no easy removal like a 4/5 pin mic. 2.Not easy to change Band/county code on the move . 3.The radio heats up on high power (8watts) ,but i feel the radio will handle it as it is all heat-sink,as it looks like a Yaesu ft 1500m 2m/145 MHz ham radio. As a licenced ham op,i brought this radio for 10m fm. Is it a keeper,Yes.Would i buy another Yes.Many thanks to Paul at Nevada and a outstanding job!
