Here it is from Albrecht a new multi norm in the “trucker style” radio that seems a mix between car radio and CB radio. It’s a little different to the previous version and now comes added with CTCSS on board which is useful in Germany where the use of Internet gateways is wide spread and the additional of codes cuts down on abuse.

   
 
Personally I’m not a fan of these, and after what has come recently from Albrecht I guess that is why. But the market for use in trucks is huge across the EU lands so 12/24v is obvious. What tells the story the most is UK mode is 40 channels FM, so the old standard 27.601-27.991 so if want AM/FM need change bands. So seems nothing new and exciting u der the skin except maybe a little smaller with added CTCSS??

There is also AE6490 which is just 12v
