*ANYTONE* AT-708 Updated?

It seems possibly that this little Anytone has been updated a little maybe. Now covering from 24-29 MHz and very popular on shrimp boats around the China sea, Thailand and Vietnam area we’ve featured it again based on the fact it appears to have had some changes.
